I paint the landscape of San Francisco in acrylic with found paper elements. I focus on vistas not available to the public; ones that can only be seen from private spaces.
I’m particularly interested in the double intimacy of a backyard view: It's a vantage point you shouldn't have access to, and from which you might see something you oughtn’t.
The resulting compositions feature flattened buildings, stylized greenery, and enough windows to remind you to draw your blinds.
